What You Need to Know About Macrobiotic Diet
A macrobiotic diet or macrobiotics as it is referred nowadays is a diet which is high in fiber, low fat and is vegetarian. The diet includes 50 to 60 per cent staple grains as the main food, with 25 per cent of vegetables, preferably raw, several servings of fruits and nuts, and a small portion of legumes.
