What Not to Consume When You're Hungover


When all the alcohol you drank the previous night is causing havoc in your head and tummy, here are some foods that you should definitely avoid. To speed up your recovery, stay in bed, drink lots of water, eat some soup or much on a few slices of toast and stay clear of these foods.
