All You Need To Know About AcroYoga


AcroYoga is a physical practice that combines yoga, the healing arts, and acrobatics. The three practises balance each other out. AcroYoga combines the dynamics of acrobatics and the wisdom and principles of yoga.


It is a partner-based form of yoga where two individuals work together for restorative release and acrobatic fun. One partner supports the other in performing a series of aerial postures.
