14 Reasons to Munch on Celery


Celery's an underdog when it comes to healthy foods, because it is rarely given credit for all its health benefits. It is easy to add to your diet too - you can munch on the raw stalks, or load them up with dip or peanut butter, make juice out of them or chop them up and add them to your soups or stir fries.
