Workout Tips: What to Do After a Gruelling Workout


The easy part is actually working out – the tough part begins when you have to deal with the after-effects of exercise!



Kiran Abhyankar (32) joined a gym last year. “I had put on too much weight because of stress and had no time to exercise. So I joined the gym near my office,” the company secretary in a Mumbai-based firm says. “However, after two days of weight training, my arms and legs became so painful that I had to take leave from work to recuperate. I didn’t go back for six months!”
